Access to and use of the 4444 bet platform for real-money betting and casino gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• The Player must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and admits of no exceptions whatsoever.
• The Player must be a natural person and must register the account in their own name using accurate personal details that correspond to their government-issued identification documents.
• The Player must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through 4444 bet's responsible gaming tools or otherwise.
• The Player must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 4444 bet or any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner company of 4444 bet, unless explicit prior written approval has been obtained from 4444 bet's compliance function.

Age Verification

4444 bet employs OTP-based mobile number verification at the point of registration as a baseline age and identity check. In addition to this, 4444 bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where documentary verification is requested, the account will be placed in a restricted status — permitting viewing only, not betting or withdrawals — until satisfactory documentation is provided and reviewed.

Any account found to belong to a player who is under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts wagered during the period of underage access. 4444 bet does not retain any net winnings generated by an underage account under any circumstances. 4444 bet takes underage gambling with the utmost seriousness and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to underage access.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 4444 bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 4444 bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not available through the platform. Players must ensure that their chosen payment method is capable of transacting in BDT before initiating a deposit.

Payment Matching Requirement

The mobile number or account name associated with the payment method used for a deposit must match the registered details on the 4444 bet account. 4444 bet will not process withdrawals to a payment destination that does not correspond to the verified details on the Player's account. This requirement applies without exception and is in place as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control measure. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 4444 bet's standard operational turnaround window. The Player must ensure that their account has been fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed identity verification, or where verification documents are pending review, will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed. 4444 bet does not apply arbitrary delays or retroactively impose new conditions on verified accounts in good standing to frustrate legitimate withdrawal requests.

The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and are subject to revision. 4444 bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds standard thresholds, as part of its ongoing anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

Failed and Reversed Transactions

Where a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by the payment provider for any reason, 4444 bet will not credit the corresponding amount to the Player's betting balance. If funds are debited from a Player's payment wallet but the deposit is not reflected in the 4444 bet account within the standard processing window, the Player must contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number and timestamp. 4444 bet will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within a reasonable timeframe.

All bets placed on the 4444 bet sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for verifying the details of every bet — including selection, market, odds, and stake amount — before confirming. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended except where the specific market rules permit cash-out functionality and the cash-out option is available and displayed on the bet slip at the time the Player elects to use it.

Void and Cancelled Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned before the point at which a settlement result is determinable under the relevant market rules; an obvious pricing error on the part of 4444 bet's odds compilation team where the published price was materially different from the fair market price at the time of acceptance; technical errors resulting in duplicate bet acceptance; or bets placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been suspended at the time of acceptance due to a system error. Where a bet is declared void, the staked amount is returned to the Player's account balance in full. Winnings associated with a void selection within an accumulator are recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on 4444 bet — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are operated by their respective third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) under those studios' own game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed outcome and the outcome recorded in 4444 bet's transaction logs, the outcome recorded in 4444 bet's server logs will be treated as the authoritative result, subject to review of any technical fault investigation.

Responsible Stake Management

4444 bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request; detection of prohibited conduct as described above; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's financial institution; or any other circumstance that 4444 bet determines, in its reasonable discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 4444 bet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 4444 bet will process the request promptly. Any remaining withdrawable balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the standard withdrawal process and after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion as Closure

Players who close their account as a result of problem gambling concerns are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than standard voluntary closure. Self-exclusion results in immediate account restriction and is processed without any cooling-off period. Players who self-exclude are not eligible to open a new account during the exclusion period.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 4444 bet will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered mobile number associated with a dormant account before applying any dormancy administrative fee. Any applicable dormancy fee will be disclosed in the platform's fee schedule accessible from the account settings area. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support to restore full account access subject to completion of any required re-verification steps.
